Louise Bartlett
I am an accredited CBT therapist, specialising in children’s mental health, bringing over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. My passion lies in helping young individuals navigate their emotional and psychological challenges through evidence-based techniques.
I started my extensive career in the NHS, first working as a paediatric nurse in a busy London hospital. My interest in early intervention and prevention services started while I worked as the paediatric safeguarding liaison nurse. Following this I worked as a health visitor and now as a CBT therapist.
I have dedicated myself to supporting children, young people and their families, providing compassionate and effective therapeutic interventions. My approach is tailored to each child’s unique needs, fostering resilience, emotional well-being, and positive growth.
I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to equip them with the tools and strategies they need to manage the world around them.
Thank you for considering me in your/your child’s mental health journey. I look forward to working together to achieve lasting, positive change.
