About T|S|P

Join Our Team

We are excited to invite dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologists, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, and other senior talking therapists to join our team.

At our practice, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, contribute to a culture of learning and innovation, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients through face to face and online work.

You’ll also feel well supported by our administration team in developing your own private practice where you’ll offer as many appointments as you wish, you’ll know your client’s booking needs, enquiries and invoicing are being taken care of swiftly by your trusted admin colleagues, you’ll take breaks in the day when you want to, enjoying the variety of drinks and snacks in our shared kitchen, and you’ll share formal and informal discussions with colleagues, have time to develop topics of interest, feel comfortable in your work surroundings and enjoy your working day.

You’ll receive regular notifications from our two admin colleagues about potential referrals and you’ll be able to log in to our secure practice management software to access further information, to view the practice diary, to write letters, to send assessments, to enter online appointments and to store clinical notes if you wish.

You’ll be a self-employed associate.  TSP will manage invoicing on your behalf, and you’ll receive payment for your work within two weeks.  TSP will take an agreed commission prior to each payment.

We’ll work with all new therapists/practitioners at TSP to ensure you have the following in place before seeing your first client with us:

  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Insurance (Professional liability and public indemnity)
  • Registration with the Information Commissioners office.
  • Registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (if appropriate/relevant)
  • Accreditation (BABCP or other relevant governing body)
  • Level 3 safeguarding training (certificate less than two years old).

We’ll ask for:

  • Name of supervisor and contact details.
  • 2 x Professional referees.
  • Signed copy of our associate agreement which details what you can expect from us and our expectations of you.

We’ll share with you:

  • Our various policies so that you know we are always thinking about your well-being and safety and that of your clients.

Please feel free to email admin@thesalisburypractice.co.uk to let us know you might be interested so that we can arrange a time to talk, to let you know our current availability and to hear what you are hoping for.
